Introducing Jean Martin


Jean Martin, creator of Helping Hands Administrative Services, a virtual assistant in Maine.

I am happiest and most effective when I am able to help companies or individuals with communication, organization, and research.

I enjoy being able to help a company that needs specific help in researching and data entry.

Growing up in a potato farming family I was taught a strong work ethic from my childhood. As an adult I was part owner of more than one business giving me experience with organization, data entry and bookkeeping skills. I have also held several administrative positions as well as trainings to give me the tools I need to be successful.

I am honest and reliable and bring a great sense of responsibility to my position. I am great at collaboration and communication. I am always willing to learn new skills.

Proficient on Microsoft Office programs, emerging skills in QuickBooks, Chat GPT, Trello, Canva and Word Press.

I use Bit Warden and Dash Lane for password managers, and Bit Defender Total Security to maintain cybersecurity and confidentiality.
